Terms of Service

We design custom digital wedding invitations and wedding websites — either built from scratch or based on one of our collection designs — tailored to you.

Prices shown on our site (for example, “from $229”) are starting points. Your final price depends on the package, add-ons and scope you choose, and is confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.

A deposit may be required to begin your project. Full payment terms are confirmed in your quote or invoice, and work begins once those terms are agreed.

You are responsible for providing accurate content — names, dates, text and photographs — and for confirming you have the right to use any materials you share with us.

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, as stated in your quote. Additional revisions may be charged separately.

Custom domains and hosting may be provided or set up on your behalf. Third-party services are subject to their own terms, and recurring costs (such as domain renewals) may apply.

We retain ownership of our underlying templates, design systems and code. Once your project is paid in full, you receive a licence to use the finished website for your wedding. Our designs may not be resold or redistributed.

If you cancel after work has begun, deposits and any completed work may be non-refundable. Specific terms are set out in your quote.

Your website remains live for the period stated in your package or quote. We are not responsible for downtime caused by third-party providers.

Our services are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
